At Pet Bean, your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness matter to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet toys, beds, grooming tools, or accessories cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us first for assistance.
