Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet toys, beds, grooming tools, or accessories cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
